Transfer students will follow the same procedure as new students with the exception that a transcript of previous graduate study must be submitted. They may receive credit for graduate work done in other schools according to the merits of each individual case, but transfer credit shall not exceed six seminar hours. Ordinarily, credit cannot be given for graduate degrees earned at other schools. But when a faculty member of a Partnering School holds a graduate degree from an accredited Baptist Seminary, he or she may be allowed up to six hours credit toward the D.R.E. or the Th.D. degree.
Transfer from one ABGTS ALC to another is permitted if approved by the faculty of the respective ALC to which the student wishes to transfer and the Dean and the President of ABGTS. All credits which meet the curriculum requirements of the second ALC may be transferred.
